Kris is a knowledgeable and dedicated trainer with Barkleys Dog Training Academy, bringing hands-on experience and a strong practical skillset to every class and client he supports. He is professionally qualified with the Association of Dog Trainers and Behaviourists (ADTB), an organisation committed to promoting ethical, welfare-led training practices and continued professional development within the industry. ADTB membership demonstrates a commitment to safe, fair, and effective training methods designed to support both canine wellbeing and owner education.
Kris is also an accredited instructor with UK Sniffer Dogs, a leading provider of scent detection instructor programmes. UK Sniffer Dogs is widely recognised for delivering structured, positive-reinforcement-based nosework training that enhances dogs' confidence, focus, and mental enrichment. In addition to his formal qualifications, Kris has extensive practical experience assisting with mantrailing sessions, working closely alongside experienced instructors and supporting real-life training.
